it can be challenging to follow a brand’s guidelines, particularly when i t's a global corporation like SHELL. It was difficult to create an internal app that would explain SHELL's health and safety procedures to new hires, but thanks to our team's UI/UX design expertise, we wereable to create an app with a simple workflow structure and a design that takes into account all the significant script details.

first, we outlined our aims and objectives clearly and made sure they were both attainable and detailed. by making sure the video we created conveyed all of the important information in an understandable way, we also made sure that the employees would complete the surveys after watching it. since keeping employees happy, healthy, and safe is the job of the human resources department, this will help the staff understand the precautions and act as a guide to follow in the event of an emergency at their workplace. workplace regulations can be followed and put into practise in a way that minimizes risk to the company and its employees. this is accomplished through effective HR management. it was now our responsibility to create a video demonstrating how the human resources division monitors each employee's behavior in accordance with corporate policy and the experiences of the employees with it.
